Payments are handled by Stripe. When you pay, your card details are sent directly to Stripe over an encrypted connection and processed under their own privacy terms. Axos Shop never receives or stores your full card number.
To deliver your order we share the name, address and contact details needed for delivery with our shipping partner, DHL. They use this information only to carry and track your parcel.
We use analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, to understand how visitors use our site so we can improve it. We also use Google Ads conversion tracking to measure how well our advertising works — for example, to see when a visit that came from an ad leads to a purchase. These tools may set cookies and process data such as your device, approximate location and the pages you view. Where required, we ask for your consent before setting non-essential cookies.
