Axos Shop is a traditional Cretan products store based at 26–28 Souliou Str., Rethymnon, Crete, Greece. You can contact us at [email protected] or +30 2831 055176.
When you place an order you make an offer to buy. A contract is formed once we confirm your order by email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order — for example if an item is unavailable or a pricing error occurs — in which case we will refund any payment in full.
All prices are in euro (€) and include VAT where applicable. Shipping costs are shown separately at checkout. We try to keep the site accurate and up to date, but product availability and prices may change without notice.
Many of our products, especially olive-wood items, are natural and handmade, so each piece is unique. Colour, grain and small variations are part of their character and are not defects. Product photographs are representative.
Payment is processed securely through Stripe at the time you place your order. Please see our Payment Methods page for full details.
Delivery is handled by DHL, worldwide. Your rights to return items and receive refunds are described on our Shipping and Returns pages, which form part of these terms.
Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the value of the products you purchased.
All content on this site — text, images, logos and design — belongs to Axos Shop or is used with permission, and may not be copied or reused without our written consent.
These terms are governed by Greek law, and any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the courts of Rethymno, Crete. EU consumers may also use the European Commission’s Online Dispute Resolution platform.
